1 plate of white rice
1 packet of instant fried rice seasoning
Sweet soy sauce
1 stick of cooked sausage if necessary
Fried shallots if necessary
Cooking oil/butter

Steps:

Add enough cooking oil/butter. Wait until the cooking oil is hot or the butter melts.
Add the sausage, stir briefly, and add the prepared rice.
Add instant fried rice seasoning and sweet soy sauce to taste.
Stir until evenly mixed, don’t forget to taste the fried rice you make before serving.
Add fried shallots according to taste.

Potato Cakes

Another long-lasting food for boarding school children is potato cakes. Once the potato cake mixture is made, you can store it in the refrigerator and fry the mixture every time you want to eat it. ½ kg potatoes
3 tablespoons fried shallots and fried garlic
Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste
Celery leaves that have been cut into thin pieces to taste
1 egg

Manufacturing steps:

Peel the potatoes, cut and fry until cooked. After that, mash the potatoes.
Add fried shallots, celery leaves, salt, pepper and stock powder. Mix well.
Shape the dough into a ball, coat with beaten egg. Potato fritters ready to be fried. The remaining potato cake mixture can be stored in the refrigerator and re-fried if you want to eat.

Baceman Tofu and Tempeh
