- 300 grams of butter
- 150 grams of grated cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 500 grams of wheat flour (sift)
- 2 egg yolks (beaten, for brushing)
- 1 tablespoon liquid milk
- 75 grams cheese (grated)
- Preheat the oven first. Combine butter, grated cheese and eggs, then beat until smooth. Gradually add the flour while stirring using a spatula.
- Grease a baking sheet with margarine. Next, take the dough, make a round shape using a spoon. Then place the dough onto the baking sheet.
- Spreading ingredients. Mix the egg yolk and liquid milk, then stir until smooth. Coat the surface of the cake dough with this mixture, then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven, bake at 160 degrees Celsius. Take it out, let it cool for a moment before putting it in an airtight jar.
