Foods That Help Relieve Headaches
Some foods can help overcome factors that cause headaches, such as dehydration or hunger. Here are some food choices that may help:
1. Banana
Bananas are rich in fiber which helps keep you feeling full for longer. Fiber also contributes to a healthy digestive system and may help reduce the risk of central nervous system disorders, including migraines.

Add protein such as peanut butter for a longer lasting satiety effect.
2. Peppermint tea
Peppermint tea can be a drink of choice to treat dehydration. The refreshing aroma of this tea is believed to relieve headaches, although this benefit remains anecdotal.

The menthol content in peppermint has analgesic properties which can help reduce pain.
