1. Don’t drink excessively

For the sake of holding thirsty, many people drink as much water as possible at dawn. The fact is this method actually becomes the biggest mistake that many people do.

The kidneys will not be able to hold too much water so that a lot of water will also be released as urine later. Dr. Ayman Al-Hady from Egypt advised to drink sufficiently but the time was made longer.

2. Avoid colored drinks

The type of drink most recommended for consumption at dawn is mineral water or naturally colored drinks. Avoid consumption of drinks that contain artificial dyes because it will trigger thirst faster.

Recommended drinks such as shoe flower tea or some other natural drinks. Drinks with artificial dyes can help eliminate moisture and faster body fluids.

3. Reduce salty food

It’s no secret that salty food will more easily trigger thirst. Salt can bind large amounts of body fluids which are then discharged through urine.
