Shilpa Ravella, a gastroenterologist and assistant professor of medicine at Columbia University, said that the taste palette on the tongue is changing that quickly. Even people who don’t eat fast food for a week need to adjust their palate to fatty foods.
2. Improve the digestive process
When following a vegan diet, the majority of foods consumed will be high in fiber content. Plant foods that are high in fiber are very good for increasing stomach activity compared to animal foods.
