1. Coffee

The habit of drinking tea at breakfast can also interfere with the absorption of nutrients in the body. You see, tea contains tannins which can inhibit the absorption of iron, zinc, and magnesium from the food consumed.
3. Orange juice
Some people often consume orange juice in the morning. This drink does contain a lot of nutrients as well as refreshing, but do not be consumed on an empty stomach.
