1. Skinless chicken

Nathalie Holscher chooses chicken as her body’s source of protein intake. Nathalie chose chicken meat because it has a lower fat content and is easier to process into various foods.

But for chicken meat itself, Nathalie admits that she only eats chicken breast without the skin. The cooking method he chose was grilled, he avoided fried food completely.

2. Wheat bread

For the breakfast menu, Nathalie Holscher chooses whole wheat bread which is healthy and simple. The high fiber content in whole wheat bread makes it recommended by many nutritionists for consumption by dieters.

3. Peanut butter
