1. Vegetables

To increase metabolism and maximize calorie burning, Mawar AFI prefers to eat lots of foods high in fiber. One of them is vegetables which fill most of his dinner plate every day.

Mawar AFI consumes vegetables both cooked and raw and processed into fresh salads. The low or even almost non-existent fat content in vegetables and the filling fiber help Mawar AFI to resist the desire to eat a lot.

2. Boiled egg white

Never missing breakfast, Mawar AFI chooses a menu that is simple but high in protein. Every day he likes to have breakfast with boiled egg whites and remove the yolks.

Mawar AFI deliberately used this method to reduce the intake of fat in egg yolks. Protein is also said by experts to provide a longer feeling of fullness.

3. Bananas
