1. Reduce flour consumption

Dita Soedarjo turns out to be very picky when it comes to food for her diet. All food he cooks himself will be guaranteed to be free of flour mixtures, especially wheat flour.

But if a food recipe requires flour, Diet Soedarjo admits that he will replace it with a healthier type of flour. One type of alternative flour is keto flour which is lower in carbohydrates.

2. Eat lots of vegetables
