500 Gram Ginger Cookie Recipe, Egg-Free Christmas Hampers Idea


KOMPAS.com – Ginger Cookies (ginger cookies) is synonymous with Christmas. You can also make it either as a snack at home or to fill a jar for hampers Christmas.

This recipe uses five grams of ground ginger. However, if you want a stronger ginger taste, use 10 grams of grated fresh ginger.

Material:

  • 250 grams margarine
  • 75 grams brown sugar
  • 250 grams of low protein wheat flour
  • 20 grams of rice flour
  • 5 grams of powdered ginger or 10 grams of grated fresh ginger
  • 5 grams of powder specuk
  • White chocolate to taste (melted, for decoration)

How to make dry ginger cookies

  1. Mix margarine with brown sugarbeat until fluffy. Add wheat flour, rice flour and salt, stir until smooth.
  2. Add ground ginger or grated ginger and spices specukstir again until smooth.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with margarine. Next, pour the mixture into a plastic triangle.
  4. Cut one end of the plastic triangle, then attach a round mold or according to your taste. Press the plastic until the dough comes out onto the baking sheet.
  5. Place the mixture in the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let it cool. Pour melted white chocolate onto the cookies as decoration. Once the chocolate has dried, place the cookies in a jar.
