Everyone has a different reaction to coffee. There are those who are fine after drinking coffee, there are those who feel their body has more energy and enthusiasm after drinking coffee, but there are also those who actually feel anxious and restless.

“This is because caffeine is a natural stimulant and one of its main effects is to block adenosine receptors which ultimately causes an increase in dopamine, noradrenaline and glutamate,” said nutritionist Lamorna Hollingsworth.

In the cardiovascular system, this condition causes an increase in a person’s blood pressure and heart rate. While in the central nervous system, lower doses of caffeine can indeed increase motor activity and alertness, but consuming higher doses can produce symptoms of anxiety.

Because of this, many health experts recommend reducing coffee intake periodically.

The less sleep time is enjoyed, the more people will need coffee. The effect of this coffee of course makes it more difficult for people to sleep. The stimulant effect obtained from caffeine comes from the release of noradrenaline compounds into the adrenal glands, which are located right above the kidneys.
