Even though cheese will avoid dirt, non-porous plastic will inhibit the growth of good bacteria.
Apart from that, cheese cannot emit its natural aroma so it tastes less delicious. To avoid this, wrap the cheese in baking paper.
The texture of the cheese will remain soft and chewy even if stored for a long time.

Many people think that cheese should be stored in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness.

However, especially for soft cheeses such as ricotta, brie, or Cammbert, it should not be reused when mold appears on the surface of the cheese.

After removing it from the refrigerator, it is best to leave the cheese at room temperature until the texture returns to soft and chewy.
Apart from making the cheese easier to shape or grate, the cheese’s natural aroma will come out more when the cheese reaches a warmer temperature.
On the other hand, directly processing cheese that is still cold will make the food less delicious.
This is because the hard texture of the cheese means that the natural taste of the cheese does not come out optimally.
