If you are still confused about what to grill, grilled fish could be the right choice. Apart from being more affordable, fish also tastes better than grilled chicken which you may have eaten too often.

However, processing fish, both sea fish and freshwater fish, cannot be grilled. It takes spices and a secret recipe to make the fish more delicious and delicious.

• 1 kg fish value
• 2 limes
• 2 – 3 tablespoons tamarind juice
• 1 – 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
• Sugar and salt to taste

Ground spices
• Red chili to taste
• Shallots to taste
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon coriander
• 2 segments of turmeric

Soy Sauce Ingredients
• Cayenne pepper to taste
• Red chili to taste
• 1 clove of garlic
• sweet soy sauce to taste
• Lime (squeeze to taste)

How to make
1. Clean the value fish by soaking it in lime juice for 15 minutes. Then wash thoroughly again until the fishy smell is reduced
2. Saute the ground spices as in the recipe. Stir well until thickened, then remove from heat.
3. Mix the spices with sweet soy sauce to taste, then coat the fish with the spices, then let sit for 10-15 minutes.
4. Grill the fish in a satay or Teflon grill.
5. Brush with grilled iron oil, then grill the tilapia fish on top while fanning it and occasionally adding a mixture of ground spices to prevent it from sticking and burning.
6. Saute all the soy sauce ingredients until cooked, then add sweet soy sauce and lime juice to taste.

• 1 kg fresh sea fish

Ground spices
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 2 – 3 tomatoes
• Salt and sugar to taste
• 1 palm sugar
• 10 red chilies (main ingredient)
• Sufficient shrimp paste
• 20 cayenne peppers
• 8 red onions (chili sauce ingredients)
• Sweet soy sauce to taste
• 1 – 2 spoons of coriander
• 1 – 3 red onions
• Granulated sugar to taste
• Salt to taste (chili sauce ingredient)

How to make
1. Wash fresh sea fish thoroughly until the scales are completely removed. After that, add lime to remove the fishy smell from the fish. Leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Fry half cooked fish.
3. Remove the fish and coat it with the ground spices provided.
4. Grill the fish that has been coated in spices until brown.
5. Grilled fish is ready to be enjoyed.

3. Grilled Fish with Honey Seasoning

Material
• 1 – 2 medium sized tilapia fish
• 1 lime

Fish Marinade Seasoning
• Half a tablespoon of ground pepper
• Sufficient flavoring
• Salt to taste
• Half a tablespoon of ground turmeric
• Half a tablespoon of ground coriander

Seasoning Spread
• 3 – 4 tablespoons of real honey
• Margarine to taste
• 3 – 4 lime leaves that have been finely chopped
• 1 – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 clove of garlic
• 4 – 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

How to make
1. Clean the fish until clean, then give it a lime taste. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. If so, wash the fish again until it is clean.
2. Marinate the fish with the marinade that has been ground in a blender for 1 hour.
3. If so, grill the fish half cooked.
4. Rub the spice rub onto the fish. Do this repeatedly until the fish is cooked.

3. Sufficient powdered stock
4. 1 – 2 lemongrass stalks
5. 2 – 3 bay leaves
6. Water
7. 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
8. Granulated sugar to taste

Ground spices:
1. 5 – 7 curly red chilies
2. Cayenne pepper to taste
3. 4 – 5 red onions
4. 1 – 2 candlenut cloves

How to make:
1. Blend all the spices until smooth
2. Saute the spices until they are golden and give off a delicious aroma, then add the lemongrass, bay leaves, lime leaves, sweet soy sauce, granulated sugar and a little seasoning. Cook until thickened.
3. Padang grilled spices are ready to be used to grill fish.

5. Jimbaran Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
1. Salt to taste
2. 1 – 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
3. 150 ml water
4. 3 – 4 tablespoons sugar
5. 1 tablespoon mushroom stock
6. 4 – 5 tablespoons cooking oil
7. 2 – 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
8. 1 spoon of liquid palm sugar

Ground spices:
1. 1 – 2 tomatoes
2. 12 red onions
3. Curly red chilies to taste
4. 3 – 5 candlenuts
5. 1 clove of onion
6. 3 – 5 cloves of garlic

How to make:
1. Blend all the spices until smooth.
2. Saute the spices until cooked, then add a little water, tomato sauce, palm sugar and oyster sauce. Stir until everything is mixed.
3. Add salt, mushroom stock and sugar, stir well until reduced and thickened.
4. Jimbaran grilled spices are ready to spread on grilled fish.
