1. Beet fruit

Beets are among the most popular natural red coloring. The red beet is more dominant after cooking.

How to use it is quite simple. First, steam the whole beet, do not pee or cut first.

Once cooked, peel the skin and blend until smooth. Then add to the cake dough to get a natural red color.

2. Angkak

Angkak is a typical Chinese spice, a cursory shape like rice with a thick red color.
