1. Drink coffee in the morning
Coffee is known for its caffeine content. Many people deliberately consume this drink because of this content.
The reason is that coffee helps the body stay awake, so it is often used as a drink to stay up late.
However, according to Aga, the best time to drink coffee is in the morning, not at night.
“Personally, I prefer to drink coffee in the morning because mood Yes, that’s actually coffee mood booster. “Coffee contains caffeine which helps us release endorphins,” said Aga on Tuesday (29/10/2024).
“But if I may suggest, avoid drinking coffee after 18.00 because then you won’t be able to sleep, you’ll be nervous,” he added.
No boosters As Aga mentioned, drinking at night after 18.00 should make the body relaxed, not awake.

2. Fill your stomach before drinking coffee
Next, avoid drinking coffee on an empty stomach, especially if you are not used to the acidic coffee and milk mixture.
“If (the stomach) is really empty, then it will react (to the stomach acid),” said Aga.
Make sure you eat enough food or at least drink enough water before drinking coffee.

3. Drink black coffee
The choice of coffee is increasing day by day. Not only black coffee, but coffee mixed with sugar and milk, is also increasingly varied.
Aga suggests that you should get into the habit of consuming black coffee without sugar to feel the benefits.
“Get used to drinking black coffee no sugar. “Just take it slow, it’s okay, you don’t have to switch straight away,” he said.
