700 grams chicken fillet, cut into cubes
1 lime
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of ground pepper
Enough mushroom broth
A pinch of butter, for greasing

15 cayenne peppers
5 curly red chilies
1 clove of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
1 tsp rebon shrimp, optional
1 lime
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
How to Make Taichan Satay
- Mix all the satay ingredients in a container. After that, stir well, marinate for one hour, and store in the refrigerator.
- After 1 hour, skewer the chicken with satay sticks.
- Grill over a fire or grill while smearing with butter until cooked. Once cooked, remove the satay.
- Next, cook the chili sauce. Boil all ingredients except rebon shrimp, until the chilies are wilted. Then, lift and drain.
- After that, puree the chili sauce and add the rebon shrimp.
