3 Recipes for Meat Satay, Red Spices or Using Coconut

300 grams of hash meat, cut into small cubes 1-1.5 cm

1/2 grated coconut (half young, medium size)

Ground spices:

3 cloves of garlic

3 cloves of red onion

3 red chilies, remove seeds

2 lime leaves, stems removed

2 cm galangal, peeled

2 cm ginger, peeled

1 turmeric finger, peeled

1 small galangal (can skip)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

Manufacturing Steps:

1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and cooked so they last longer.

2. Take 1 tablespoon to marinate the meat, mix the rest with grated coconut, stir well.

3. There are two ways to apply:

– Skewer the marinated meat onto a skewer and then coat it with seasoned coconut, or

– First coat the meat with seasoned coconut and then stick it in.

4. Set aside the skewered satay and cover with plastic wrapstore in the refrigerator for a while to soak.

5. Grill the satay on a thick, hot pan, turning it over until evenly mixed. Finally, grill it over a fire to just give it a grilled taste.

6. Ready to be served with peanut sauce, sweet shallot soy sauce and warm rice.

Cheese-flavored goat klatak satay is different from most satay, this goat meat is grilled without being coated with spices.
