Appearing perfect seems to be the demand of Kpop idols. Therefore appearance is the main thing. So it’s not surprising that many Kpop idols are willing to undergo various diet methods.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie is no exception, who has her own diet rules. Her diet is not taken to extremes, it’s just that Jennie is always consistent with her eating pattern.

1. Eat 3 Times a Day

Usually people will cut down on eating time when on a diet. But not for Jennie, she still eats 3 times a day while on a diet. It’s just that he regulates his daily calorie intake.

The ‘Solo’ singer only consumes an average of 500 calories a day. Within a week, Jennie already had her own calculations regarding her daily calorie intake.

On the first day 1,000 calories, on the second day 500 calories, on the third day 900 calories and on the fourth day 600 calories. Apart from that, eating not in a hurry is Jennie’s way of digesting food well.

2. Reduce sugar and salt consumption

Of course Jennie Very picky about the type of food he eats. He really avoids foods that contain too much sugar and salt. Both of these ingredients can increase body weight.

For breakfast he usually eats fruit and whole wheat bread. Jennie said that these two foods would not make her weak. For lunch he usually eats avocado salad.

The salad is then combined with chicken breast to get the protein. Meanwhile, for dinner he consumed porridge and detox juice.
