Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Satai or satay is one of the dinner choices that many people often look for. It must be admitted that the combination of skewered meat and lontong will provide calm to the stomach. Apart from its dense texture and making you full, satai also has a delicious taste thanks to the combination of peanut sauce.
Recently, there have been various kinds of satay that young people like, such as Taichan satay which is often referred to as contemporary satay. Different from satay in general, Taichan satay has a white color because it doesn’t use soy sauce and other spices when grilling it. This satay seasoning is also not peanut sauce, but chili sauce.
Apart from that, there are two other contemporary satay preparations that are also very popular, such as maranggi satay, where the spices penetrate into the meat. Reporting from several Instagram accounts, here are three contemporary satay recipes that are delicious and easy to make.
