5 plantains

2 tbsp wheat flour

1 tbsp rice flour

1 tbsp granulated sugar

How to Make Angkringan-style Crispy Banana Satay

  1. Peel the banana and cut according to taste. Set aside.

  2. Put the flour, sugar and salt into a container, then add enough water. Make sure the mixture is not runny or thick…

  3. Add banana, stir evenly.

  4. Put the breadcrumbs into a plate. Take a piece of banana and coat it evenly with breadcrumbs. Do it until the end.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that the flour sticks completely.

  6. Heat the oil. Fry the bananas until they are brown. Drain.

  7. Skewer the bananas with skewers. Sprinkle with sprinkles and steal SKM. Serve.
