1. Egg Roll Rice

Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1 small bowl of rice
• 1 sliced sausage
• 1 stalk of sliced spring onion
• 1 carrot coarsely grated
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
• ½ teaspoon stock powder
• ½ tsp salt

• Margarine
• Mayonnaise
• Tomato sauce or chili sauce
How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients except rice and shake until evenly mixed.
2. Slowly pour the beaten eggs into the container containing the rice, stir gradually until evenly mixed.
3. Heat the Teflon and add the margarine, wait until it melts and is hot.
4. Add the rice and egg mixture, fry until the bottom is half cooked and not sticky.
5. Roll the rice slightly on one side, then gradually pour the remaining egg on the other side.
6. After the rice and eggs are cooked, cut them into several pieces, place them in a lunch box, and add mayonnaise, tomato sauce or chili sauce for dipping.

How to make:
1. Boil the pasta until cooked.
2. After the cooking water has reduced slightly, add powdered milk and stir until mixed with the paste. Set pasta aside.
3. Wash the shrimp, then sauté the shrimp shells and tails with margarine and garlic.
4. Add the boiled pasta, stir well, and separate the shrimp shells.
5. Next, saute margarine with tomato sauce, add chopped shrimp, and sprinkle with oregano.
6. Just cook for a while.
7. Finally, add toppings on top and serve.
