Satay fine seasoning:

– 7 garlic and 2 shallots

– 1 tsp salt

– 1 tsp round pepper

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of goat meat, cut into small cubes

– 3 lime leaves, finely sliced

– 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 1 tsp salt

– 200 grams of peanuts, roasted and pureed

– 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

– 2 cm ginger, grated 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

– 1 tsp brown sugar, comb

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp ground pepper

– 200 ml water 1 tablespoon cooking oil

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

How to make:

  1. First of all, soak the goat meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours or better overnight in the refrigerator to infuse the flavors.
  2. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers, leaving a little space at the end of the skewer.
  3. Grill the goat satay over hot coals until cooked and browned, occasionally brushing with the remaining marinade to keep it moist and aromatic.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut sauce. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add ground peanuts and stir until evenly mixed.
  5. Add water, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, ground pepper and lime juice. Stir well and let it boil until the spices are absorbed and the texture thickens.
  6. Serve hot goat satay with peanut sauce as a side dish.
