1. Cauliflower

You can consume it in various ways, such as roasting it or using it as a substitute for rice. 1/2 cup of chopped cauliflower contains 27 kcal, 0.3 grams of fat, 5 grams of carbohydrates, 2.1 grams of fiber, 2.1 grams of protein.
