Kols was reported by Zee News (5/1) after changing his appearance significantly. This woman who is famous as a content creator or fitness influencer is in the spotlight after she lost almost 32 kilograms.

Initially Kols’ journey to lose weight was not easy, he went through various obstacles. He said that the reason it is difficult to lose weight is the water content that is too high in the body and the imbalance in body mass.

However, Kols advised anyone who wants to go on a diet by limiting food intake, it should not be done. He himself revealed that during the diet process he still consumed his favorite foods.

When trying to cut food intake, Kols are more worried about their body feeling hungry. This condition occurs when the body does not receive sufficient nutrition so that hunger signals from the brain continue to be produced.

There is one big secret that Kols do when following a diet. This is a calorie deficit without choosing foods like the popular strict diets.

“You can consume sugar, eat carbohydrates, and eat whatever you want and still be successful in losing weight. We don’t need to cut food to lose weight. If you think that’s the fastest way, that’s a big mistake,” said Kols.

Apart from running a calorie deficit, light exercise is a balance. Kols never walked 3000 steps every day, occasionally going to the fitness center.

Kols adheres to the principle that the main key to a healthy body is building healthy relationships. Getting to know your body before going on a diet will make the weight loss process more comfortable and the results effective.
