So one effective way to make your diet smoother and less torturous is to replace food, not limit food. The easiest example is replacing unhealthy food with healthy food.
For example, the habit of eating or snacking on fast food (junk food) can be replaced with nutritious food.
Mosley suggests that those who crave chocolate while on a diet can replace it by snacking on nuts or seeds. If you are craving ice cream or something sweet, you can replace it with yogurt mixed with fruit such as berries which are delicious and nutritious.
“Limiting food too strictly will not last long. One of the simplest ways is to change the food you eat. This method can change your eating patterns in the long term,” said Mosley.

“The convenience of eating out can trigger us to choose unhealthy foods. So try to bring food to avoid this,” concluded Mosley.
