1. Freeze egg shells
Store used cooking egg shells inside freezer. This way, you don’t even have to wash it and there is no organic material on the surface to rot.
Place the egg shells in a labeled bag lined with kitchen tissue.

If you feel that the blender blade is not sharp, remove the frozen egg shells. Put a handful of egg shells in a blender container then add water.
Close the blender then turn it on until the egg shells are crushed.

3. Do not dispose of remaining shells in waterways
Don’t flush eggshell water down the drain because the shells can clog pipes.
