1. Cut the nails
The first step you have to do is cut the claw nail until it is clean.

2. Boil the claws
After cleaning the claws, boil the claws until cooked. Add a little salt to the cooking water.
The salt will add flavor to the claws so they are more delicious when eaten.

3. Soak the claws in ice water
Once cooked, immediately soak the claws in ice water. Soak for approximately two hours until the claw meat expands.
This soaking process is quite important because it will make the claw meat more easily separated from the bone.

4. Skin the claws
After soaking, make sure the claws are completely cool before skinning them.
Gently skin the claws using a small, sharp knife. Start from the top to the tip of the toe.
