Tips for sahur and breaking the fast so that the fasting of Ramadan is healthier


Kompas.com – During the holy month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world carry out fasting from dawn to sunset.

In order to remain fit and healthy during fasting, it is important to pay attention to food and drink intake both at dawn and breaking.

The importance of a healthy sahur

Sahur is a meal time before dawn which is very important to maintain energy throughout the day.
