Tips for making basic spices, no need a lot of salt


KOMPAS.com – There are three basic spices for cooking various dishes, namely white, red, and yellow basic spices.

These spices can be cooked for a practical home supply, you can make soto with yellow spices, balado shrimp using red spices, and white basic spices for stir-fry.

Some things must be considered when making basic spices, one of which should not give too much salt so as not to be salty when processed into cooking.

1. Eliminate the smell of chili

If you use a large red chili the resulting color will be yellowish, while curly chili will produce a bright red color.

6. Save the basic seasoning
