1. Rely on cinnamon
Compared to various types of coffee concoctions, Jessie recommends consuming black coffee. Black coffee that is natural and does not use added sweeteners is much more nutritious and safe if consumed regularly.
Jessie does not recommend using granulated sugar or any type of white sugar. Instead, he recommends adding spices or stevia to provide additional flavor to the black coffee mixture.
Cinnamon is said to be the most suitable spice for coffee. Apart from adding a sweet tinge of spice, cinnamon also provides a calming aroma when inhaled while sipping coffee.
2. Choose the right milk
“The milk you add to your coffee is also very important,” he says.
Jessie does not recommend mixing plant milk into coffee blends. Like oat milk which is popular as an addition to coffee, the fact is that this type of milk has quite a high sugar content.
However, he still recommends milk coffee mixed with cow’s milk. In fact, there is no special type of cow’s milk, he suggests just using regular cow’s milk.

But if you just want to increase your focus, there’s no harm in drinking coffee before breakfast. Consuming coffee in the morning after breakfast is more effective in balancing blood sugar levels so it doesn’t make the body tired easily.
