Team fish ingredients:
- 1 fish (clean and leave whole)
- 250 grams of peeled ginger (some large pieces and some thin slices)
- 4 large spring onions (cut into 3 centimeters)
- 5 small spring onions (cut into matchstick size pieces)
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Enough water
- 10 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make team fish:
1. Arrange the fish in a heat-resistant container, then place the ginger and spring onions on the bottom and inside the fish’s stomach. Steam the fish in a preheated steamer for 30 minutes using medium heat.
2. Once the fish is cooked, remove the fish and set aside on a plate. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan then add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and enough water, then boil until it boils.
3. Pour the cooking sauce over the fish, then sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and ginger. Heat the cooking oil until hot steam comes out, then pour the hot oil over the fish just before serving.
