This 5 Star Hotel in Jakarta Serves Processed Red Meat Premium Australia


Jakarta, Kompas.com – Five -star hotel in Central Jakarta, Grand Hyatt Jakarta offers a premium red meat from Australia.

This special dish is processed directly by Chef Nattida, one of the first Beef Mates Autralia in Thailand which is also known as the nickname Lady Butchercollaborating with Executive Sous-Chef Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Chef Marco Pistillo.

This dish is also a form of cooperation between Grand Hyatt and Meet & Livestock Australia (MLA), which is an industry that focuses on the development, marketing, and promotion of beef, sheep and goats in Australia.

There are four dishes served, in Antarany there Rump Carpaccio with Truffle Mayonnaise and Pistachio Crumbles (by Chef Nattida N), Homemade Saffron Pappardelle, Shredded Braised Lamb Shank, Burrata Espuma, Black Olives Powder (by Chef Marco Pistillo), as well Roasted Tajima Beef Sirloin, Potato Pave, Butter Poiled French Beans, Jim Jaew Chimichurri Sauce (by Chef Nattida N and Chef Marco Pistillo).

This dish is served at your C’s Steak Seafood, Grand Hyatt Jakarta until Saturday (2/22/2025).
