MNCTV presents the Nusantara Culinary program, a cooking show that is packaged in an exciting and interesting way in the Dapur Ngebor and Dapoer Ngebul programs.

The Dapur Ngebor program presents home cooking activities with hosts Bunda Inul Daratista and Mas Adam Suseno. The Dapur Ngebor program is broadcast on MNCTV every Saturday, at 08.30 WIB.

This week, Dapur Ngebor will be cooking with Mother Inul and Mas Adam. The menu cooked is Tetelan Lombok Ijo, Salted Egg Sambal, Cheese Chicken Potato Croquettes.

Next, there is the ‘Dapoer Ngebul’ program with Host Arie Andika broadcast every Saturday, at 09.00 WIB. Chef ArieAndika will invite the audience to explore nature, hunt for cooking ingredients taken directly from nature, and even cook a menu of delicious Indonesian specialties. After the cooking activity, the host will enjoy it directly with a view of the beautiful nature of Indonesia.

Host Arie Andika will cook the ingredients directly in places such as near rivers, huts in the middle of rice fields, islands, and various other places with a rural/village feel using minimal equipment like a travel chef.

The first location will be along the official Banyu Rice Terraces, Bogor Regency. Chef Arie Dwi Andika learned to plow fields and pick cassava leaves. The second location, will explore the Cirangsad Pine Forest Tea Garden, Bogor Regency, Arie Dwi Andika picking guava fruit and making a Guava and Caramel Banana setup.

The third location, visiting the Jatiluhur Reservoir area in Purwakarta, Arie Dwi Andika picked teak leaves and cooked Bamboo Grilled Fish and Coconut Shell Grilled Rice.
