Fried basket cake ingredients:
- 200 grams basket cake
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 100 milliliters of water
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
- Sweet potato
- Sufficient cooking oil

How to make fried basket cake:
1. Slice the basket cake to the desired thickness, meanwhile peel the sweet potato and slice thinly. Soak the sweet potatoes in water, then remove and dry with kitchen tissue.
2. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powderand cooking oil in the container until evenly distributed. Meanwhile, heat cooking oil in a frying pan using medium heat.
3. Sandwich each slice of basket cake with two sweet potato slices, then dip in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown. After that, lift and drain.
