KOMPAS.com – Eating dim sum is not complete without being accompanied by dipping sauce. There are a variety of dimsum sauces, one of which tastes sweet and spicy and slightly sour from vinegar.

Material:
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped chili
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 ml water
- 1 tablespoon sago flour (dilute with 2 tablespoons water)
How to make sweet and spicy dimsum
- Add all the ingredients to the pan, cook until it boils.
- Pour in the sago flour and water mixture, cook and stir for three minutes over low heat. Remove, serve with dimsum.
