Sweet and sour pumpkin recipe, the idea of ​​vegetable soup for lunch


KOMPAS.com – Siam pumpkin can not only be processed into stir -fry, but also a soup dish. For example sweet and sour chayote.

  • 1 Siam Pumpkin (Cut Box Length 1/2×4 centimeters)
  • 5 long bean oval (cut 4 centimeters)
  • 100 grams of red beans (boiled)
  • 100 grams of young corn (cut 4 centimeters long)
  • 7 starfruit wuluh (cut)
  • 5 Cow Meatballs (Cut)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1,000 milliliters of beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 centimeters of galangal (loading)

The seasoning ingredients that are mashed:

  • 6 cloves of shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 grains of hazelnut, roast
  • 2 red chili

  1. Boil water in the pan. Boil the mashed spices, then added beef broth, bay leaves, and galangal. Leave it boiling.
  2. Add chayote, long beans, red beans, and young corn. Stir until evenly distributed.
