“I felt like I had lost myself completely. I started having difficulty walking or climbing stairs, I realized I shouldn’t be like this in my early 20s,” explained Neto.

Neto felt like he was losing confidence because his body shape had jumped sharply. She received ridicule because of her body shape, and finally decided to change her diet to be healthier.

One thing that is routinely consumed is oatmeal porridge with various fruits such as bananas and strawberries for breakfast. Then he had a bagel with scrambled eggs for lunch, and salmon with rice and vegetables for dinner.

If he still feels hungry, he often eats low-calorie ice cream. As well as regular exercise, one of which is cardio exercise.

So that his diet isn’t too torturous, he still occasionally orders the food he likes. And applies the 80/20 diet concept, where 80% of the time he eats healthy, nutritious food, and the remaining 20% ​​he eats the food he likes.

“When people diet, usually what they think about is eating less. But what we need to pay attention to is that we have to consume fewer calories and watch it,” said Neto.

Apart from ice cream, he often snacks on granola, baked oatmeal, yoghurt and low-calorie cakes such as healthy versions of brownies.

The result was that he managed to lose dozens of kilograms in less than five months. Since then, Neto has regained confidence and feels that his body is healthier.

“I feel amazing inside and outside my body. Now I am in the strongest, happiest and healthiest condition,” concluded Neto.

Now Neto continues to diligently diet and uploads healthy food content and exercise videos on TikTok, to inspire many people who want to start their diet program.
