Stir -fried recipe for ground bean sprouts, practical side dishes for boarding houses


KOMPAS.com – There are many choices of practical side dishes for the dawn of boarding children that can be made, one of which is sauteed ground bean sprouts.

Time cooking side dishes are quite short, you can cook about 45 minutes before dawn.

Some ingredients needed to make sauteed ground bean sprouts are bean sprouts, ground meat, kitchen seasonings, and additional sesame oil to make it more fragrant.

  • 3 onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (loading)

1. Heat cooking oil and sesame oil, then saute onion, garlic, and leeks until fragrant. Add slices of chili and ground meat, then stir again until the meat removes the broth.

2. Add beef broth powder, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper powder, and salt, then cook while stirring until the spices are evenly mixed.

3. Enter the bean sprouts, then cook again until the bean sprouts are slightly withered, after that lift and serve.
