KOMPAS.com – Not made purely from tofu, this meatball still uses minced beef as the raw material.
Chinese tofu is used as an addition to the meatball dough, helping the texture to be softer and crispier when eaten.
You can serve these spicy tofu meatballs with a variety of spicy sauces, apart from the chili sauce recommended in the recipe.
