Spicy Kampung Fried Rice Recipe for Breakfast Menu

  1. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shallots and garlic until aromatic.
  2. Add shrimp paste, cayenne pepper and red chili. Stir well until the spices are cooked.
  3. Add the beaten egg and sliced ​​spring onions. Stir until the eggs are cooked evenly.
  4. Add white rice, pepper, salt, stock powder, sugar and seasoning if you like. Stir well until the spices are absorbed and the rice is cooked perfectly. Remove and serve while warm.
