KOMPAS.com – Sausages left over from the New Year’s grilled menu can be processed into dishes for breakfast.
Sausages can be cooked into spicy sausages in barbecue sauce with garlic, cayenne pepper, barbecue sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom seasoning and green onions.
Once cooked, the spicy sausage with barbecue sauce is sprinkled with sesame to make it even more delicious, here is the complete recipe.

Material:
- 5 large sausages, 500 grams (can be replaced with leftover New Year’s grilled sausages)
- 3 cloves of minced garlic cloves
- 25 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced/according to taste
- 150-200 ml of water
- 5 full tablespoons of barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Salt and sugar
- Mushroom seasoning to taste
- 1 stalk of sliced spring onion
- Toasted sesame to taste
- Sufficient cooking oil

1. Cut the sausage into two parts or according to taste then cut into pieces, fry in enough oil until it blooms but is not too dry, remove and drain.
2. Saute the garlic and cayenne pepper until fragrant, pour in the water, bring to a boil.
3. Add barbecue sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar and mushroom seasoning, adjust the taste.
4. Add sausage and spring onions, stir well, remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve.
