This typical Bandung culinary dish is synonymous with the addition of sliced white radishes and a sprinkling of soybeans. Delicious to eat while warm with white rice and chili sauce.

Soto Bandung ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef
- 150 grams of radish
- 50 grams of soybeans
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 centimeters galangal
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 spring onions
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tablespoons fried onions
- 1 tablespoon fried garlic
Chili Ingredients:
- 10 boiled cayenne peppers
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
