Shrimp pumpkin lodeh ingredients:
- 5 pieces of chicken wings (cut into 2 parts)
- 125 grams of shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
- 125 grams yellow pumpkin (cut into cubes)
- 75 grams of pumpkin leaves (pick the leaves)
- 2 sweet corns (combed)
- 1 purple eggplant (cut into pieces)
- 1,500 milliliters of coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 2 starfruit (cut lengthwise)
- 2 bay leaves

How to make shrimp pumpkin lodeh:
1. Saute the ground spices with bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces and cook until they change color.
2. Pour in the coconut milk, pumpkin, salt and sugar, then cook until it boils and the chicken is cooked. Add shrimp, pumpkin leaves, sweet corn, eggplant and starfruit.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are cooked, then adjust the taste with additional salt and seasoning before removing.
