Shrimp cakes are made with shrimp, carrots, red chilies, spring onions, wheat flour, white tofu, eggs, garlic and shallots.

Material:
- 400 grams shrimp, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
- 2 red chilies, coarsely chopped
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 200 grams of white tofu, cut into small cubes
