Kupang –
Ramadan fasting is one of the pillars of Islam that must be done by Muslims around the world. This year’s Ramadan fasting has entered 22 Ramadan/March 22, 2025.
Ramadan fasting is a worship carried out by refraining from eating, drinking, and husband and wife relationships from dawn to sunset during Ramadan. Before carrying out the fasting of Ramadan, Muslims will carry out the meal first.

If you want to intend to fast every day, here are readings that can be spoken before fasting:

Latin Arabic: Nawaitu Sharuma Ghadin ‘An’ there is Fardhu-Syh-shyahri Ramadhana Hadzihi-Sanati Lillâhi Ta’âla.
Meaning: “I intend to fast tomorrow to run the Ramadan fard this year because of Allah Ta’ala.”
