Stir -fried ingredients pakcoy ati chicken:

  • 4 pieces of chicken liver
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic (wearing and finely chopped)
  • 2 centimeters of ginger.
  • 2 large red chili (remove the seeds (thin sliced ​​sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 150 milliliters of chicken broth water
  • 1 carrot stem (thin sliced ​​sliced)
  • 250 grams of pakcoy (cut the tubing)
  • 150 grams of Kapri (Siangi)

How to make stir -fried pakcoy ati chicken:

1. Boil the chicken liver until cooked, then drain and cut into pieces. After that, heat the oil then saute garlic, ginger, and red chili until cooked and fragrant.
