KOMPAS.com – Peanut sauce to complement Tiara’s satay, Indonesian masterchef participants Season 12 is considered less than optimal.

Material:
- 50 grams of fried peanuts
- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper or according to taste
- 1 red chili
- Comb brown sugar to taste
- 75 milliliters of boiled water
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 4 shallots (thin iris)
1. Mash fried peanuts, cayenne pepper, and red chili until smooth, and put a little sugar.
2. Melt the spices with boiled water, then pour the sweet soy sauce, stir the spices until smooth.
3. Serve seasoning with chicken satay or goat satay.
