Material:
- 4 eggs
- Peeled shrimp 75 grams, chopped
- 75 gram chicken meat, ground
- Onion chopped 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 cloves, chopped
- Leeks 1 stem, finely sliced
- Pepper powder 1/s SDT
- Cooking oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Sweet and sour sauce:
- Garlic 1 cloves, chopped
- 25 grams of onion, cut off the match
- Carrots 50 grams, cut off matches
- 20 gram peas
- 300 ml chicken broth
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
- Sauce sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/4 tsp
- Tapioca flour 1 teaspoon, dissolve with 2 tablespoons of water
- Granulated sugar 1 tsp

- Heat the cooking oil on the anti -stick skillet. Pour and cook the beaten eggs until both sides are cooked. Remove and drain.
