He also held a cooking demonstration by making a presto grilled duck as a reference to the burnt cuisine of the participants who would face the challenges of burning.
As is known, the Presto Pan is a high pressure pan used to put meat. The presto process is around 30-40 minutes.

Presto grilled duck material
- 1/2 duck (cut 2 parts)
- 2 lemongrass stems (loading)
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 orange leaves
- 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1,200 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Ground spices:
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 shallots
- 3 centimeters of turmeric
- 2 centimeters of ginger
- 2 teaspoons of coriander (roasted)
- 2 centimeters of galangal
Cayenne sambal ingredients:
- 15 cayenne pepper (sliced round)
- 10 shallots (thin iris)
- 1 petai board
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to make a presto grilled duck
1. Mix all the ingredients and spices that are mashed in a container, except soy sauce and oil, then cook ducks in a presto pan for about 20 minutes. After that, lift and set aside.
2. Heat the remaining duck seasoning, then add soy sauce and cooking oil. Cook the duck seasoning until it thickens, then set aside.
3. Burn duck while smeared with seasoning until brownish, then set aside.
4. Make Sambal Cayenne: Saute the onion to browned, then add cayenne pepper, petai, sugar, and salt. Cook for a moment, then remove and serve with grilled duck while warm.
