Recipe for Savory Spicy Sausage Fried Seblak, Appetizing

KOMPAS.com – When it rains, eating a bowl of seblak is an option. The refreshing aroma and taste of kencur makes this typical Bandung food even more delicious.

Apart from sausage, you can add other fillings, such as straw mushrooms and caisim. Because this fried seblak doesn’t have soup, you can also make it a practical lunch.

Reporting from Saji Magazine / ED 497 2021 published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, here is the recipe and method for making fried seblak.
